Welcome

Books for sale!

The museum is selling pre-owned military history books of which we have acquired duplicates. Topics include WWI, WWII, the Korean War, Vietnam War, history of aviation and military aircraft, biographies, and more. We also have new books in our Museum Store. All proceeds will help fund the museum’s effort to preserve authentic local history and the stories of our veterans.

Also…feeling nostalgic for physical media? Explore our collection of DVDs, vinyl, and VHS tapes which you can check out from the library.

Please call 860-788-7215 for Saturday hours or other hours by special arrangement.

See our Facebook page for weather closings.

The Museum is wheelchair accessible.

The mission of this Museum is to preserve the stories, documents and memorabilia of men and women who have served in the Armed Forces of the United States of America, and to tell those stories to future generations.

We also collect and preserve memorabilia and stories of the families of those service members and the civilian manufacturing that supports our military.
